Based in Calne, Emma turned a lifelong passion for animal care into reality when she launched The Pets Butler. Her journey spans
hands-on experience in animal welfare, behavioural support,
and hydrotherapy, alongside training for her Level 3 Award in Dog Grooming. Guided by her own pets - including her Papillon and mascot, Padme, and her Large Munsterlander, Wicket,
Emma brings a compassionate, tailored approach to every dog that comes through the door.
The team expanded in 2026 with the addition of Tammy, an experienced groomer with over 17 years in the industry and a degree in Animal Management and Science. Together, their combined expertise and dedication enabled The Pets Butler to grow and move into a brand-new, purpose-built salon in 2026. Whether it’s Emma, Tammy, or their salon dogs Padme, Wicket, Pickle, and Nugget, everyone is ready to welcome you and your pets!
